US Program Coordinator

Job Description
Our client is seeking to hire a Program Coordinator who will report to the U.S. National Director.  This position will be responsible for coordinating communications and provide an extra level of support for Regional Operations Managers and Executive Directors. The purpose of this role is to ensure data and communication flow in a timely and consistent manner between managers and key teams in the corporate offices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Research and follow up on communications forwarded from Operations Managers and their Executive Directors in a timely manner
  • Update Regional Dashboards monthly
  • Maintain Master Lists for each manager with appropriate compliance and renewal information
  • Update internal systems with regional engagement information
  • Update and distribute survey’ s related to master list
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings as needed
  • Coordinate with U.S. team members to ensure all best practices are documented and distributed to Operations Managers
  • Send communications as needed regarding upcoming membership renewals
  • Communicate with Members Services and Operations Managers regarding issue resolutions
  • Participate in weekly U.S. Team calls
  • Participate in weekly operations calls
  • Schedule regular check-in calls with Operations Managers
  • Ensure internal software is up-to-date with all applicable information for participating regions
  • Attend trainings and webinars to provide consistent support that is in line with the policies of corporate.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in coordination and administrative support
  • Franchise industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’ s degree with a 3.0 GPA or better
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • High-sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management, organization, planning and prioritization skills
  • Strong references, clean background, customer service orientation, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of professional confidence
  • Used to working in a fast-paced and collegial environment
